Online counselling for young adults (18 and over)
Early adulthood can be an exciting time of discovery and growth, but it can also be really challenging
During early adulthood many young people experience a period of intense change, pressure, and uncertainty. You might be at university or starting out in your career, becoming more independent, navigating friendships and relationships, or trying to work out who you are and what you want from life.
At the same time, you might feel unsure of yourself, anxious about the future, or exhausted from trying to meet expectations — your own and other people's.
You might feel that everyone else is coping better than you, and wonder where you can be honest about how you're really feeling.
What can counselling offer you?
Counselling offers a confidential space that is just for you — somewhere you don't have to perform or worry about being a burden. A place where you can feel safe, understood, and accepted, and begin to make sense of yourself and your life.
I have many years of experience working with young adults in NHS, education, and community settings. I work collaboratively and without judgement, at a pace that suits you.
